If you’d like ongoing support, we can work together on things like getting started, keeping track of your week or finding routines that suit you.
You’re welcome whether you’re exploring ADHD, waiting for an assessment or already diagnosed. You don’t need to have it all worked out before we talk.

I offer these free 15-minute chats because it’s the support I wish I’d had when navigating my own ADHD diagnosis and finding ongoing help.
I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life. I’d worked as a company executive, but everyday life often felt like playing on hard mode. Understanding how I work, and getting support with the things I find difficult, has made life feel more manageable.
Sometimes you’d rather talk to a person than search another website or ask AI. You can bring your questions about assessment steps, finding support or life with ADHD. I’ll listen and share what I’ve learned from my own experience.
The information on this website, free chats and paid coaching offer general information and practical support only. They do not provide medical or clinical mental health advice.
I don’t assess or diagnose ADHD or other conditions, provide counselling or psychological therapy, recommend treatment, or advise on medication. This support does not replace assessment, advice or care from a qualified health professional.
Please speak to your GP or treating clinician about symptoms, diagnosis, treatment or medication. There’s no need to send me medical records.
