Your privacy

Updated 12 October 2026

I’m Ben, the person who responds to enquiries at Just a Little Help. This notice explains how information is handled when you use this website or request a chat.

When you request a chat

The form asks for your email address and permission for me to contact you. I use these to respond to your request and arrange our conversation. Without an email address, I can’t reply. You won’t be added to a mailing list, and your details aren’t sold or used for advertising audiences.

Please don’t send medical records, assessment reports or details of symptoms. The form doesn’t ask for these. If you choose to share other information in an email, it becomes part of our correspondence.

Where your information goes

Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions. A notification is also sent to my Google Workspace email inbox. These providers process information to deliver the website, handle requests and protect their services; information may be processed or stored outside Australia.

Website and form services may also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details and submission time, for operation and spam prevention. Enquiries are kept while needed to respond and manage our correspondence, or where required by law.

Browsing and topic buttons

This website has no added analytics or advertising pixels. Clicking a topic button changes the text on your screen; your choice is not included in the request form or saved by the site.

Questions, corrections or deletion

You can ask what information I hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by replying to an email from me. If we haven’t emailed yet, request contact through the website and I’ll reply so you can explain your request. You don’t need to provide any health information.
